AM - 45mins

Today was our first workout and it was a doozy. My legs hurt so bad during the whole run and after the first lap of the workout they were completely done. I was actually really surprised that I almost finished a second lap. It was super hard though and I want to do more. Hopefully if I keep pusing myself I can stick it the whole time with the boys

AM - 40mins with 8 striders

Today felt good compared to how I started yesterday, but my legs are absolutely toasted and it's starting to become a problem. They'very been really sore throughout the day. I can't "weight" to lift weights today though

PM - Weights

Weights were really good except for squats. At like the 3rd set the inner part of my hamstrings really tensed up and the pain was pretty sharp. But I just pushed through it and it went away. So I don't really know what it was. But my legs are now super duper sore so hopefully I get a good night's rest and am able to wreck tomorrow.

And the captains are lit, the meeting we had today made me think about what I should do to be more committed

AM - 35mins

Today I kinda took it easy with the minimum minutes today. My legs were killing me the whole run and I can't seem to make them better. Ran with Colin at the end though so it was still lit.

AM - 55mins

I kept with the boys for a good while but at the tunnel I had to take a break, my legs hurt so bad for some reason and whenever I go uphill they literally feel like theyre going to expload. During the middle of the run I slacked a bit but then I started to do pickups and I made the last 15-20mins really solid so I felt like the run was still okay.

PM - Weights

Weights felt really good and I did a lot more weight than I usually do. Except now my whole body is sore but it'll be goooooood.

AM - 45mins

My legs are still messed up and I've been stretching and rolling and icing but they still suck. Today's run was still good though. The sand really started tripping me up and I didn't last with the pack as long as I wanted to but when I fell of for a bit I met up with Jose and Evan and was able to maintain a really solid pace for the rest of the run.
