AM - 40mins with 8 striders Today felt good compared to how I started yesterday, but my legs are absolutely toasted and it's starting to become a problem. They'very been really sore throughout the day. I can't "weight" to lift weights today though PM - Weights Weights were really good except for squats. At like the 3rd set the inner part of my hamstrings really tensed up and the pain was pretty sharp. But I just pushed through it and it went away. So I don't really know what it was. But my legs are now super duper sore so hopefully I get a good night's rest and am able to wreck tomorrow. And the captains are lit, the meeting we had today made me think about what I should do to be more committed |
