AM - 55 mins - Felt okay but was a little overwelmed by the pace today, but I stuck it out longer than I thought I could. I'm going to try to get in a lot more minutes this week so next Monday my run can be longer. ~ PM - 25 mind - Indoor rum and I kinda struggled for some reason but it probably was just the fact that running indoors kills my shins and knees. But I stretched them out so theyll be goooooood.~ |
