AM - 40mins This run was very hard, and it was just huge pain in my quads and during roller coaster I was struggling so hard and I had to stop. I ended up losing the guys but my I didn't let my pace settle that much. My legs hurt really bad so I'm gonna stretch extra, roll, and ice today and hopefully tomorrow's easy run will help me get prepared for next week. I'm pretty nervous about next week because the minutes jump up really fast, but I really wanna work hard so I'm going to get into a positive mindset and just do it. 10-30-1:00 |
