AM - 70mins

Was pretty hard today, only was able to go about 25 minutes with the guys until I ran with Evan and the boys. But later Mike Finch came and ran with us and we pushed the pace and we went really fast for like the last 3 miles. My legs are still bugging me and I don't know really why. I fell off after some small hill or something but I'm still happy about the good finish.

AM - 45mins with striders

Went on a lit run with my boy Parker and we headed up into Green Springs and went on a pretty good run, the pace was a little slow but we kept it pretty good and this run allowed my legs to settle down a little bit.

Was pretty easy run and I stayed with the boys the whole run and it's really awesome to hangout with them. The little hills up to prospector took my legs out again though but I stuck with the pack. Twas a lit run

AM - 50mins

Today was a really good day! I did the whole workout with the boys except for one rep in the middle. It felt really good but after I was so exausted that I went back a little early. I was super dehydrated too so I need to drink some more water but it was a great workout!

Was a pretty chill run, we went out around Sandbergs and we ended up taking a dip in at around 30 minutes in. Water was good, bro times were even better.

Felt pretty good until over halfway when I lost confidence and flipped without the boys. Felt really dehydrated and crappy and the way back was pretty slow

Felt kinda bad today buy I pushed fit her than last time so progress is progress. Fell off from the boys at the beginning of the 3rd lap and fell off the pace too. But I'm gonna visualize and prepare for next time when I'm gonna kill it on the dirt mile

I totally messed up today and when I woke up at my usual time I for some reason thought I had an extra hour to sleep or something and started getting ready at like 7:40 and then I realized I was an hour late. So I'm stupid but I still got my run in and it wasn't that bad, I really suck at running solo and I'm gonna have to do a long run by myself when I go on vacation so it was good practice. But I missed the boys alot

Felt really gross this whole run from the moment it started. Maybe the humidity got to me but I just felt so sick and tired. I think I need to drink more water or something with my diet because I just feel so tired on all my runs and after. Like I had to take a nap yesterday and I haven't taken a nap in years. But I still feel like I'm working hard but I can be working a lot harder. So I'm gonna try to make tomorrow epic

AM - 70mins

Accidentally thought practice was at 7 today like a noon and I had to run on my own. I felt like I did pretty good on my own pace wise and I did the fast finish at the end. I totally misjudged how long I went though and because I didn't have a watch I came back at like 65ish minutes so I extended a bit to 70. This run felt soooooooo long though. And it sucks not running with the team but I'm glad I still did the run.
