40 mins - Felt pretty crapp and my breathing really hurt today but it's just cause I'm outta shape so hopefully it'll get better real fast and I can get running with the guys ~
45 mins - Felt better today and ran the Lv 1 workout at Lv 2 pace. I think that's probably what I'm gonna do for a bit until I get back into the groove. I guess my arms are too low so I spent the whole run with them up high and they hurt pretty bad near the end but it's dope because now I'm able to protect myself from Julien ~
