AM - 45mins

RUn was pretty steller today, stuck with the guys for about 15-20 mins and then ran with Evan. And we kept a really good pace for the last half. I really wanna work on making my last couple miles faster this season because I struggled with that during races last season. So I'm gonna push myself to do that.

AM - 40mins with 8 strides

Felt beer today and lasted the whole run with the boys. Every run is super hard though even though it's supposed to be an easier run. But I'm just gonna push through it hopefully and start to stay with the guys for every run.

Today was pretty good and pretty bad at the same time. On the bright side I stuck it out with the boys for almost 30 minutes before I had to slow it down. But the last half of my minutes were pretty garbage compared to the first. But it was stil a good run
